Creating an educational plan

Hello, I am trying to create an educational plan with my school email. However, when I try to create an email for it, it doesn’t allow me to create a password for it. Not sure what to do.

    To make sure I understand the situation correctly, are you having trouble with:

    1. Creating an account to apply for educational status, or
    2. Verifying your existing account for educational status?

    If it's the first option, a screenshot of any error messages or the page where you're having trouble would be really appreciated!

    If it's the second option, I'd suggest getting in touch with our education team directly. They're best equipped to help with verification issues: education@figma.com
