Hello, I am trying to create an educational plan with my school email. However, when I try to create an email for it, it doesn’t allow me to create a password for it. Not sure what to do.

To make sure I understand the situation correctly, are you having trouble with:
- Creating an account to apply for educational status, or
- Verifying your existing account for educational status?
If it's the first option, a screenshot of any error messages or the page where you're having trouble would be really appreciated!
