While I wish I could offer more assistance, please note that .studio files are not directly supported for import into Figma. You can refer to the list of supported file types here: Import files into Figma

i tried to create sketch file in invision but Figma load it as gray squares…

Hi, thanks for your response! I have deployed the application I mentioned and it is live at https://studio-keys.onrender.com/ . Simply upload your Invision .studio files, and the app will return a zip with SVG renderings of the prototypes. I believe that Figma allows SVG imports, but if not, you can always use a free online SVG-to-PNG converter because I’m pretty sure they allow PNG. I hope this helps!
