Comments just disappeared on a file for us. Has there been any resolution?

    Hey All,

    @Gwen3 is correct! We launched a fix for the service disruption yesterday. Please refresh your tabs/clear your cache and your comments should be restored.

    Please let us know if you run into any further issues.

    I still experiencing this today, 13 May 2025. 
    Comments dissapear. 

    My fix at the moment - close the Figma file tab and reopen. 
    Note - your comments will likely still disappear again at some stage.
