Cannot restore deleted file being owner of the file

Check deleted files from your drafts, and there you will find the deleted file to restore it.

Hi I checked under deleted files, can’t see option to restore

Only 2 options
duplicate to drafts
favourite

Hi Raj! Sorry to hear you are having issues restoring your file.

I can confirm only users with edit permissions on the files themselves will have the possibility to restore them from their Drafts folder. If you had “can edit” permissions on these files, you should be able to find them with the filter “Created by anyone” ticked:

If you still can’t find these files, I would suggest you ask your colleagues to check as well with the filter “Created by anyone”.

I saw in our backend that you have filled out a ticket with a copy of your file, our team will look at it to investigate further . Thanks for your patience in the meantime 🙏

Hi Celine,

Can you please confirm who raised ricket for copy of the file?

Also please help me to restore it on ticket raised. thanks

Hi Celine,

When i am the owner why can’t option to restore the file. why person with edit permissions only have that option. i can see this file is deleted but not having option to restore it. i need this file because it was the base of my work for last 3 months, pls help me to recover it

Hi Raj,
Thanks for the information! This looks odd. Please refer directly these details to our support team within your ticket as we need to investigate further (as they may have a look into your permissions right by checking the link of your file etc). I have escalated internally. For your reference, your ticket number is: Ticket #852091.

Thanks for your patience in the meantime 🙏
