Can figma make gradient blur?

I’ve been looking for an implementation of gradient blur, I’ve only seen it on iOS devices, but I don’t have an iOS device and can’t provide an image yet. But I saw this effect on a web page, I wonder if I can reproduce this effect in Figma with the idea of the web page?
