Hi @Dan15 as noted in the post linked, there are a few main reasons for this button to not be visible:
Yes my dude. I checked that before I posted this. Sometimes the link just isn’t there, regardless of access issues.
Side note: you can sometimes just treat a report or request as a bug and investigate it instead of gaslighting users constantly 😕
Why wouldn’t you still allow the user to click through to the library and then show them the “Request access” screen if they don’t have access. As it is now I have no idea what library to request access to.
