Hi Figma team, could you please consider making the search bar wider and center-aligned? The new search bar is too small and placed on the left sidebar making it hard to quickly search something when using monitors. Our designers come from many product teams and projects, so we need to look for several design files per day. Any updates on the search bar can make a huge impact on our team productivity. Please take this idea in consideration!

I agree (and I am at my limit for upvoting lol so I can’t). I really want a bigger search field right above the grid of file thumbnails that auto-updates as you type. But, did you know that once you type and hit return, the search field stays active and the file grid updates? That is useful but yes, it should not be tiny on the left.
