The new absolute positioning is great, but we also need to be able to set the absolute objects a z-index.
Currently any objects set to absolute overlay the items set to static.

Hello Mason,
I think changing the canvas stacking should solve your issue. Also switching the layer order should be possible to change the z-index. Or did I miss something?
