I inherited a file from a colleague and I see a “Fixed” and “Scrolling” section in my layers panel and I have no idea how I can remove these. FYI, I have Overflow scrolling set to No scrolling in the Prototype panel.

If you do not need objects with a fixed position when scrolling, then select such layers and uncheck the corresponding checkbox in the right panel.
