Questions about Auto layout how to make a background image automatically at the bottom

In the use of Auto layout, you can easily use the layer of the frame with height 0 to do the background at the top to control the display at the bottom, but if you need the background to follow Auto layout automatically at the bottom, is it possible to do it? I tried and found that because the layer is at the top, it will cause to cover the content above, so what should I do?

There is a technique to reverse z-index so your image will be behind the text.
