The “Scrolling” frame which I have set to verticle scrolling overflow works for about a thousand pixels and then stops when in prototype mode. Sorry, I am new to design so please forgive my ignorance if this is something obvious.

In your file, change “Overflow scrolling” in your “Scrolling” frame to “No Scrolling”.
