macOS app window management shortcuts don't match other apps

The mac desktop app doesn’t behave like every other mac app with tabs when managing tabs with keyboard shortcuts:

Expected:
Pressing CMD+W closes tabs. Pressing CMD+W closes the window if there’s only one tab. Pressing CMD+W+Shift closes the window (doesn’t matter how many tabs are open). This is how Chrome,Safari, and Finder work.

Actual:
Pressing CMD+W closes tabs. Pressing CMD+W does nothing if there’s only one tab. Pressing CMD+W+Shift closes the window (doesn’t matter how many tabs are open).
