Is it possible to export Figma frames and interactions to .xml or .swf?

Hi,
I’m working on a software redesign, and the developper team ask me to check if it’s possible to “translate” the Figma file and especially the interaction/ animation part in a .xml or .swf code ? The idea is to be able to integrate directly the exported code relative to the design.
Maybe it’s kind of idealistic, but they want to have the few revision as possible on the basis of my design.
