Lots of us design for native platforms - macOS, iOS, Android, and Windows - as well as enterprise apps where a system default font is used (for instance, Microsoft 365-based products).

While we can access installed fonts if the Desktop app is installed, or the Font Helper if we’re using the web version, it would be a lot easier if Figma could license all these fonts and include them as defaults.

  • Apple San Francisco (macOS, iOS, iPadOS)
  • Apple San Francisco Compact (watchOS)
  • Helvetica Neue (older MacOS)
  • Microsoft Segoe UI (Windows Vista and newer)
  • Ubuntu
  • Red Hat RH Display / Text
  • Roboto (all versions)
  • Inter (as a good fallback)
