How can we update organisation plan after it being revoked

Recently, we changed the payment schedule from monthly to annual. However, the card we use for payment cannot handle this large amount, and now we are locked out of Figma and unable to access the file. How can I change the plan back to monthly and make the payment? It seems that there is no option for this now.
