It seems like an Auto Layout settings doesn't work right

Lucy_Mherian

I’ve been experiencing an issue with auto layout for the past two days. When I use Shift+A to auto-layout two objects, the horizontal width becomes vertical, and the vertical height becomes horizontal. Additionally, the alignment options don’t work logically: if I align an object to the left, it stays on the right, and if I align it to the bottom, it stays on the top.

Interestingly, when I select the opposite alignment, it works. For example, if I align an object to the top, it correctly moves to the bottom. The same issue occurs with right and left alignment.

Can someone please help me figure out whether this is a Figma glitch or if there’s a way to fix it?

Thank you for your response!

It seems that the settings got messed up when I copied the text from FigmaJam, and I didn’t notice it.
