Sorry, if this is already discussed in some form here - couldn’t find anything about it.
I have a client, to whom I would like to pass on the design file, but it seems that the only way to do this, is to give them ‘edit’ rights – becoming a part of my team, that I have to pay for one month membership (seat) – and then, under their Figma workspace ‘recents’, move the design file to their teams space.
It feel like a hack approach and the payment is totally unnecessary step, as the client will just need the file to be ‘moved’ to their team, nothing else. Doesn’t seem to be fair to be charged for this by Figma.
I might do something wrong here, but searching around, this seemed to be the only way.
I’m sure there are other freelancers, who have had something similar. Is there a better, charge-free, alternative to this?
