Question

Why can't my clients and developers see the figma files I am sharing with them any more?

Hi,

I used to share figma files, everyone was happy, but lately, the figma screens/prototypes I am sharing aren’t loading for anyone. Not even for the developers, who actually have EDITING permission.

What’s going on? Still too focused on the new UI nobody wants?

Hello @Cristian_Banu , Thank you for reaching out about this. We're sorry to hear you're having this problem.

Could you please ask them to double-check that they're logged into Figma using the account that has access to the shared file? This guide explains how to switch between accounts: Switch between accounts

If they're already logged into the correct account and still can't access the file, please submit a bug report to our support team so we can investigate further. You can submit a report here:  Bug report form

To help us look into this quickly, please include the following information in your bug report:

  • Your Figma account email
  • The URL of the affected file(s)
  • Account emails of those experiencing the issue

Thank you once again for reaching out and for your assistance!
