Allow to "Open in Editor" via keyboard/menu shortcut while on prototype mode

Using the option “Open in Editor” is only accessible by clicking on the arrow next to the file title.

This makes the action:

• Only accessible trough mouse
• Only accessible when the UI is shown on the prototype mode
• The location of the menu changes each time the length of the file title is different

My suggestion are:

• Add the “Open in Editor” option to the app menu, so, at least, can be targeted by other keyboard shortcut apps.
• Add the “Open in Editor” option to the right click menu.
