Hey everyone.

What’s the most accurate way to measure vertical spacing between two text containers, based on an 8-pt grid? Do I align both text containers to the top, middle, or bottom, and then resize the container so that the bottom matches the line height?

I always align my text’s line height to the grid. However, the container extends a bit below the grid, which means that if I were to type another word directly below, the vertical spacing is different depending on if I resize the container and/or align top/middle/bottom. See below image.
