When the app is installed and running in Zoom, the screen is loading blank with no option to log in to my account or find files.

First, Figma is connected as an extension in Zoom for you, correct? (Open Zoom > Apps > Select Figma) If not, is that where it fails? When you try to add it to Zoom, you’re not prompted to sign in and connect it to zoom?
When you try to open the extension, is that were it fails specifically?
Or does it not work when you do Zoom > New Meeting > Apps > try to use Figma? I’d like to make sure I understand where the failure starts.

I’ve added Figma from the Zoom app store, and it shows within my Zoom app as if it’s fully added. When I click to run it, though, I am not prompted to sign in. All I can get is a blank white screen.
(it is not showing me an error on the front end, just loading blank
