Why i still not got the UI3?

It’s been 3 months! Don’t announce something to the general public you can’t deliver. Admit you all have botched this rollout, it’s obvious to anyone who is paying attention.

“It’s expected that any given Figma user could receive access to the betas at any time, including users who joined the waitlist after it reached capacity, belong to paid plans, or are admins.”

UNBELIEVABLE. This startup mentality Figma has going has to stop. At a professional level with large organizations using Figma, this is an absolute nightmare scenario. The best thing you guys could do is turn it on for everyone at this point and allow all to roll between the two versions and gather feedback that way - because I’m sure the PM’s who have viewer roles are giving you the BEST feedback they can right now (queue sarcasm), while all these designers are left out in the dust. Yet you want to build this iteration out to be the best yet? Then allow the people who actually can test it and get you the feedback to do so! This startup mentality has to come to an end sometime.

When I get the UI3 to update it is too late worst service I’ve ever seen like this

Hello, what kind of seat do we need to have to be able to use the last Ui ? Some coworkers already have it in my company !

Probably it’s random. Wait until 10 october — everyone will get it.

So we are the 10th of october… Nothing for me 😪

How can i join the UI3, we have Oct. 20th now, UI3 should be available for everyone now, but i find no link to access or join.

Were do i have to go to use UI3?

Hey @Christian_Bohmisch! Could you please check if you see this option in both the web browser and the desktop app, as shown in @Nellya’s screenshot:

To use UI3:

1. Open any Figma Design file
2. Click on the “?” Help icon in the lower right corner
3. Select “Use New UI (in beta)”

If you don’t see this option, please try clearing the cache and see if that helps. You can follow these steps to clear the cache: Clear desktop app cache.

The instructions above are for UI3. Please note that First Draft, AI tools in Figma Design, are a separate limited beta.

AI is still rolling out to users on a limited basis, but you will receive a notification in Figma once your account has been added to the beta.

I did everthing like you told meand cleared the cache, but i still dont see the run new UI option, i only see the Go back to previous UI.

How do i fix this?

If you can see the option to Go back to previous UI, you are already in and using UI3.
