I were editing a draft, when the screen started flashing between light and dark when i moved the mouse, what can i do???

To cover some basics:

Can you try to force-quit (on your browser: Force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window and/or on desktop app: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it.) to see if that helps?

When you mention that the screen crashes, does the app/browser close completely or do you see any specific error messages?

Does this also happen on another network, like a mobile hotspot?
If it’s just happening on one network, you may need to adjust your proxy VPN or firewall settings as shown in Technical troubleshooting tips or speak to your IT Admins or ISP. Generally for problems affecting a single network we’re not able to troubleshoot as it would require access to your system or network settings. -
If you go to https://webglreport.com/ in a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) does it show you have webGL enabled? Are you able to run a webGL heavy site like WebGL Aquarium?
I’d also recommend you to check the Figma browser and desktop requirements.
