We need a 'read me lock' on frames

Having the option to lock a frame while retaining the ability to select and inspect items within it would be incredibly beneficial. This particular feature would be invaluable when working with developers who require the ability to examine and interact with the page’s structure. In situations where multiple people and teams are involved in the project, it becomes all too easy for someone to unintentionally rearrange or move layers on the page.
