Unfortunately, I am not able to share a specific timeline you’ll be granted with UI3 and I don’t have any explicit power to help out. However, I understand the urgency and frustration.
I am not able to manually add anyone to the UI3 or Figma AI betas at this time. We are rolling these out to individuals over the coming months- regardless of waitlist status, plan, or seat type.
All functionality remains consistent across both the old Figma design and UI3. This should ensure that there will be no disruption in your team’s daily operations, even if you are using different versions.

Its pretty bizarre, some of my team members who only have view access have UI3. I am the only editor and don’t have access. Its not like they can test much.
This UI3 rollout has been terrible. Always the same teleprompter responses. “We don’t know who’s getting it and when” but lets make sure everyone who isn’t a designer and who could care less if they had it or not gets it first … because I’m sure they are getting the best feedback from them. “We can’t turn on by roles, how long you’ve had an account, your organization, alphabetical order” … Then HOW are you giving this to people???
Also, “We hear you” …
“we just can’t and won’t do anything about it because a set of variables nobody has control over apparently has to align along with the stars for you to get this UI3”
