Перезагрузка файла

Привет, возможно кто-то сталкивался с проблемой. Работаю в Фигме уже больше двух лет. Последние пару месяцев постоянно перезагружается документ, в котором работаю. Просто рандомно, каждые минут 10, может больше. Чистила и кэш, и переустанавливала все заново, писала сто раз в поддержку, вообще ничего не помогает. Помогите пожалуйста, кто сталкивался.

У меня тоже самое, теперь еще чаще стал обновляться документ, каждую минуту, работать невыносимо, вы не решили проблему?

That said, is this happening both in browser and using the desktop app? Is it also happening in all files or with a specific file or files?

Reinstalling the app and clearing your browser cache is a good place to start, but have you also tried clearing your desktop app’s cache?

Here’s how to clear the desktop app cache on a Mac:

  1. Quit the Figma desktop app
  2. Open Terminal.app and enter the following command:
    rm -rf “$HOME/Library/Application Support/Figma/”{Desktop,DesktopProfile}
  3. Try opening the desktop app again

Here’s how to clear the desktop app cache on Windows:

  1. Close the Figma desktop app
  2. Open the Start menu, and paste in this, followed by enter: %APPDATA%\Figma
  3. In the window that opens, delete the Desktop and DesktopProfile folders if they exist
  4. Launch the desktop app again

Can you make a screen recording to show what’s happening exactly?

I’ve had a similar problem on my phone and tablet trying to open large files which was most likely RAM related (they’ve only got 2 gigs each)

And while we’re here, what are the specs of the machine you run Figma on? (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)

It happening both in browser and using the desktop app. All files - old and new. I did what you said but it didnt help. i cant work, i dont know what to do, i deleted Figma so many times.also didnt help. i create new account - problem stays.
