I know that you can select Link to Selected Frame in the Share, however that allows the viewer to see all the other Frames as well.
In XD there is a feature to share any ‘frame’ isolated.
Does figma have this feature? What is a work around? Create a new page and use that only?

Not even sure what is the use case of simply linking to a particular frame, but yet showing everything else on that page.
What works for me is to cmd+shift+C (copy PNG) and share the PNG on slack with others. This helps the conversation going a lot faster instead of sending links. More people engage that way.
I see your frustration, but if it’s just one page it might be better to gather feedback outside of Figma. as it would create too many links to keep track of and privacy settings would get too complicated.
