I still haven’t received the latest Figma update, and I’m puzzled by this. Is there any setting I need to change, or is this something on the company’s end?
Hey @Ahmed_Muhammed, thanks for expressing your interest in UI3, and sorry for the confusion!
Right now, there’s nothing you need to do. We’re still gradually rolling out UI3 to all users. Stay tuned as you will eventually be added over the coming months.
I received the new update more than two weeks ago, and yesterday I renewed my subscription with Fikma. After that, my team and I were reverted back to the old version. Why did this happen? All I did was update the plan.
Figma has rolled back their floating panels. Are you sure you’re using an old version instead of the new version, but with their static panels?
You can check this while in a file, by pressing the question mark icon. If you see an option ‘use new ui (in beta)’ press this option
Yes, I knew about this option two weeks ago, but now it has disappeared, and I reverted to the old version. I can’t go back to the new one.
Hey @Ahmed_Muhammed, thanks for flagging this!
I’ve reached out to our UI3 team to check what may have happened on the back end. It looks like your UI3 access was tied to your previous EDU team, but they were able to grant access to you. Please refresh your tabs to see the change.
If anyone from your team still doesn’t see UI3, rest-assured that everyone will get access by October 10th. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
