Which platform are you using?

Does it happen both in app and different browsers?

Are you an editor or a viewer?

Are you talking about preview or design/inspect mode?

Does the handtool (h) or holding “space” while dragging around work (if you are talking about the canvas of the design/inspect mode)?

If you want a frame in the preview mode to be scrollable you just need to enable vertical and/or horizontal scrolling in the “prototype” tab (only as editor).
