Problem after change the user owner


Hi everyone!
Recently the ownership of a team has been passed to another person, the strange thing is that the new owner does not receive the request notifications to edit and does not have editing permissions for certain files even if they are the owner of the team. Which does not allow other people to collaborate on the files. Has anyone else had this problem before?

On the member panel the owner has team permission as owner and design Role (edit) however when access a specific file he can not edit the file
