Preview won't load

Hi,

I want to present my project but the preview won’t load at all. I’ve also tried other file with just one frame and preview tab is showing white screen. Or, the preview appears but takes a long, long time. It is different from my previous experience. This happened in both Figma Desktop app and browser.

Is there any solution for this problem?

Hey @Faron_MS,

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

  • logging out and back in
  • clearing your browser/desktop app’s cache
  • un-installing and re-installing the desktop app
