Please add ability to do simple image manipulation

I would like to be able to grab a screenshot of an existing UI and do simple modifications to it in figma.
Examples

1. Double click and drag to select area of image, then cut and paste so I can do a simple rearrange of the screenshot.
2. Double click and drag to select area of image, then cut, paste and stretch it so I can hide a column in a table.
3. Select area of image and fill it.
