My shared link doesn't work sometimes

Hi there,

I did my design portfolio in Figma and I’m sending out the sharing link in the presentation mode but I’ve been getting some feedback that the link sometimes doesn’t work and other times does.
The file is already in the projects area not drafts so I don’t know what the problem is…
Does anyone know?

Can you try to open the link that you are sharing within an incognito window and tell us what you get?

Yes, it shows up like this… in my computer it always works but sometimes on others it doesn’t
