Move a layer without dragging on the layer in the design

When moving a small object it can be difficult so move it in Figma, because you have to click the design to move it. In Sketch it is possible to do, by selection the layer and then holding option + CMD, then you can move the layer on the entire screen.

Is this feature in the pipeline?
