Missing Fonts

Hi! Brand new to Figma. My client has me editing their site but I am unable to get anywhere because of missing fonts. I alerted them to the issue and they shared the font. I downloaded it and tested it on my desktop but I still get a long list of missing fonts when I try to edit text or sync with edits in Ditto. Please help?

The font I downloaded was Gilroy, which I see in this list of both Missing and Replacement fonts. I don’t know what I am supposed to do from here.

Can anyone explain the issue?

When you’re trying to write something can you find that font in the list? Does it have all the needed weights (regular, bold, medium)?

Mine doesn’t, I only have available light and Extrabold, after I installed regular, medium and Black I still can’t use them or find them in Figma
