I have noticed recently that some of the shared links I am sending out can’t be viewed in Edge and then some that are using Chrome are seeing the prototype correctly in the device frame but then on some pages of the prototype it displays all warped but there is no difference between pages and looks fine when view directly in Figma.
Is there any known issues with presentation mode or bugs regarding which browsers to use etc?
If the browsers meet the system requirement, everything should work same. We’re not aware of an issue around browser so far. Could you try the troubleshooting below?
Close any Figma tabs you’re not using
Browser : Force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window.
Desktop App: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it. If the issue persists, try clearing the cache.

Hi @y_toku, thanks for coming back to me. I have already submited a bug report via the help chat within Figma. The issue itself is not my Figma but a shared link to others that are reviewing and signing off work. They are the ones that have this intermittent issue and strange loading of presentations.
Thanks for submitting the bug report. I understand the situation. Generally, issues with image loading and performance can be related to browser settings. You maybe able to share these tips for now: sometimes, disabling browser extensions can sometimes solve. You can find more information here:
