Is there an option to add a Cover to a FigJam file?

First thing I noticed is that I couldn’t set a thumbnail/cover to a FigJam file. Is that correct, or am I missing something?

Not at the moment, but this is something our team is exploring. Feel free to create a new topic in the feedback sub-category so others can vote and add additional comments.

Actually it’s something that exists. If I paste a cover from a Design file into a FigJam file, I can right click and Set as Thumbnail. Not the ideal flow, but it is possible and works.

Where do you have this option? In the menu? @eduardotello_rd

I’m not able to add a cover to a FigJam file. I’ve tried copying and pasting from a Figma file. I’ve tried selecting any element or frame within the FigJam file itself but the option to set as cover thumbnail does not appear on the contextual right-click menu.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

It works for me as well, create a frame in a normal Figma design file that you would like to set as the thumbnail. Copy and paste that frame into the FigJam file. Right-click on the frame background (the black rectangle in my case) and you should see the option to set it as the thumbnail. I’m attaching a screenshot to demonstrate what I’m seeing.
