Yes, it’s possible to reassign a seat on an annual plan. To do this, you’ll need to first downgrade the current user with the full seat to “Viewer - restricted” and then invite the new member to the team.

Here’s how you can downgrade the seat:

  1. Open the file browser and click on Admin.
  2. Go to the Members tab.
  3. Find the dropdown menu next to the current user’s Design or FigJam seat and change their seat type to Viewer-restricted.
