I have videos on various screens, when I navigate to another screen and then return to it it picks up where I left off which is very annoying, is there a way to reset the video in any way?

Hi @Ash_Spurr ,
When you create an interaction between two frames that have the same video, you’ll need to select Reset video states toggle in the Interaction details panel when creating a prototype action.
When toggled on, the video will restart from its beginning between frames.
