I have received wrong invoice from Figma. I need only 2 seats in my design team. I seat is paid for year. Another seat I paid for monthly. The 2nd bill came with 2 more seats. So instead of paying for 1 more seat Figma is asking for 2 more seats. I have raised multiple tickets but no response yet. Is there any quicker way to get this resolved? I want to pay yearly for the 2nd account as well…
