Has anyone tried to contact Figma’s support before and had any luck reaching them?
Because I’ve been trying to reach them for a couple of months on the support email and the Twitter account with no luck.
Any good advice would be much appreciated.

Twitter is definitely not the way. Email is ok but the support request form or “?” in the app → “New request” is preferred. If you are not on the Pro/Org plan, the response time may vary but if it’s been two months your ticket was probably lost (I have no idea how this happens, but it does). So feel free to reach out to them again.

I’ll give it a shot hopefully it works.
