No, but you can use my plugin Paint to use custom palettes.

You can see component libraries you’ve published and shared with the team/file in Figjam files, so you could add your colors as components and see them that way. They will appear in the “Stickers” tab.

As a side note, it would be nice if Figjam separated your libraries from Stickers (and also allowed you to have the sidebar open by default when you open a file).
