My desktop Figma app constantly goes offline then back online, like I just watched it do it 6 times in a minute and a half. When it goes offline, I experience terrible freezing and lagging and am unable to work it’s that bad. I’ve restarted everything, everything is up-to-date, I’ve even reinstalled Figma just in case and nothing seems to be helping. Any ideas?

Hey @y_toku thanks for getting back to me! I tried to file a ticket this morning, but I got no submission success state and no emails have come in, so I’m worried my ticket wasn’t actually created? I’ve been having this issue with Figma, I tried opening a ticket 2 weeks ago and never heard anything.

Hey @dvaliao I just double checked my inbox, spam and deleted and I have no received any updates from Figma – I’m not sure of how to access the ticket online either to see progress. Are they able to respond again?
