We’ve been having trouble with prototypes not loading recently (on different machines in different locations), and this morning we’re having trouble opening the actual Figma file, both in the Mac app, and in the browser app.
Has anyone else experienced this? 4 stuck designers need help!
Same thing. Perpetual loading, unloaded system tools on the sides. Cached projects do not open. The problem has been going on for about a week.
Clearing cache doesn’t help. Reinstalling doesn’t help. So far treated by opening/closing Figma.
+1 Same problem here, but form my client’s side so absolutely no idea of what to do … Figma doesn’t answer to my question… If anyone have any idea, i’m can try everything 🙂
