Customize *what* tools I want to show in my toolbar

I want to be able to customize what tools are in my toolbar (like what you can do at the top of Mac Mail where you can customize which functions are quick access and which ones don’t show).

After the most recent Figma UI update, things are more nested now, which makes sense some, because you don’t want an “all you can eat buffet” of tools showing all at once.

But there are some tools I use frequently that aren’t at top level for easy access. And some tools are at top level that I rarely use. I do use keyboard shortcuts, but I don’t want to have to make keyboard shortcuts for everything.
