Clip content not working

I’m a beginner trying to follow this tutorial from Figma’s youtube channel:

At 9:13 they clip the content. I am literally following the exact steps shown on this video and the content does not clip for me. Is there something I’m missing here?

“Frame 2” must be in the “Home” frame for the elements to be hidden. Pay attention to the layers panel.
