Clients experiencing problems reviewing designs

Do your clients/stakeholders have problems using the Figma links and viewing screens/prototypes via a browser? Have experienced a few times now where a client wants to print out designs or struggles to navigate/scroll the designs.

This sounds like we are giving them something complicated. I’m just sending links and having them open the page, for feedback on single pages…

When it comes to reviewing prototypes, is there a good way to hand over clickable journeys so that stakeholders understand what they are looking at?

I’m hoping this is a common issue, and not just whatever it is I’m doing.
