Here’s my issue. I have a component with a placeholder image in it. It’s supposed to be set up so that a designer can use “place image” to add their own image in, but those placed images could be wildly different dimensions than the placeholder.
This is a problem because when I then replace the image, I don’t have the option of allowing the component to flex to accommodate a different size. My only options are fill/fit/crop/tile, and what I really need is to be able to reset the dimensions.
Is there a workaround short of detaching the instance? Else, can I make a feature request to control image dimensions in placed images in components? This prevents the creation of truly responsive components when images are involved… unless I’m missing something.
