Is there any way to remove it from the toolbar or disable completely at org level?

Hi! Sorry for the confusion, and that you’re not enjoying these custom cursors – these are part of our temporary “April Fun-Day” event.
I think you mentioned this same feedback in an existing thread requesting that they stay, but here’s more info if you need (or would like to have) review it
