Can I swap width and height?

Is there a way to swap the width and height values of an object?

A 90-degree rotation works visually, but does not properly communicate the intention the components are being used for.

    You can change the orientation of frames and sections in the properties panel.

      I am unable to do this with the Figma UI3, the option seems to have disappeared! Any help?
